Humain One is already deployed across the Saudi government and in pilot programs with three PIF-backed entities.

Riyadh: Humain, the artificial intelligence powerhouse launched by Saudi Arabia earlier this year, is targeting public listings on both the Saudi Exchange (Tadawul) and NASDAQ within the next three to four years, CEO Tareq Amin announced Tuesday. Speaking at a press conference on the sidelines of the Future Investment Initiative (FII), the Kingdom’s premier investment summit, Amin declared, "I have no doubt in three to four years, this company must be listed, and I hope that it gets listed here and in the NASDAQ as well. So our ambition is really, really massive."

The bold timeline underscores Humain’s rapid ascent as a flagship project under Crown Prince Mohammed bin Salman’s Vision 2030, aimed at transforming Saudi Arabia into a global AI leader and reducing oil dependency.

Humain revealed a strategic partnership with Blackstone-backed data center operator AirTrunk to develop hyperscale facilities in the Kingdom. The collaboration kicks off with an initial $3 billion investment to build a large-scale data center campus in Saudi Arabia. The move addresses surging demand for AI infrastructure while positioning the Kingdom as a regional cloud and computing hub.

Amin hinted that one of Humain’s key semiconductor partners is considering a direct investment in the company, though he declined to name the firm. Humain currently sources advanced AI chips from NVIDIA, AMD, Qualcomm, and Groq to power its large-scale data centers and multi-agent AI platform.

In a landmark launch, Humain unveiled Humain One, a groundbreaking computer operating system that abandons the icon-based interface dominant since the 1980s in favor of an AI-agent-driven environment. "It is the first time since 1985 that we depart from the traditional operating system. This is a true AI operating system with AI agents now to manage everything and anything you need," Amin said.

Humain One is already deployed across the Saudi government and in pilot programs with three PIF-backed entities. Global rollout plans are underway. Humain has secured a partnership with Google, is finalising a collaboration with Amazon Web Services (AWS), and has held high-level talks with OpenAI, the creator of ChatGPT, according to Amin. Launched in May under the Public Investment Fund (PIF), Humain is swiftly assembling a world-class AI ecosystem, blending sovereign capital, cutting-edge infrastructure, and global tech alliances.
