MediaOne Wraps Up Mabrook Gulf Toppers Awards In Oman
Close to 300 students were recognised for scoring above 90 percent, receiving their awards in front of parents and guests.
MediaOne’s ‘Mabrook Gulf Toppers’ programme concluded in Oman with a well-attended award ceremony at Middle East College, Muscat. This marked the second phase of the initiative, which began earlier in Salalah.
Close to 300 students were recognised for scoring above 90 percent, receiving their awards in front of parents and guests. Oman’s Indian Ambassador G. V. Srinivas opened the event.
Several notable figures joined the ceremony, including MediaOne GCC General Manager Swavvab Ali, Middle East College Dean Dr Saleh Al Shaaibi, emotional leadership coach Riyas Hakkim, and MediaOne advisory board member Ibrahim Hassan.
Awards were handed out by Avicen Managing Director Nissar Eduthum Chalil, Lulu Oman Director K. A. Shabeer, and Indian School board members Shameer PTK, Nidheesh Kumar, Sirajudeen Nhelat, and Shalimar Moidheen, along with MediaOne Regional Manager Shakkeel Hassan and MediaOne Oman Executive Head Fasal Kathiroor. Bluelines co-founder Dr Fabitha and Eurotherm General Manager Abdhul Majeedh also participated.
Parents applauded MediaOne for creating a platform to honour students’ achievements. The event featured a special session titled “Stress to Success” led by emotional leadership coach Riyas Hakkim. The first round of Mabrook awards took place earlier at the Luban Palace Hall in Salalah, where families and dignitaries gathered to celebrate student excellence.
