Abu Dhabi Opens 33 New Parks In Mohamed Bin Zayed City
The parks feature a wide range of amenities, including picnic areas and shaded seating, children’s play areas and fitness zones.

Abu Dhabi's Department of Municipalities and Transport (DMT) has opened 33 new parks in Mohamed bin Zayed City. The parks have been opened with the aim of further enhancing the quality of life for residents while providing various amenities and facilities.
The parks feature a wide range of amenities, including picnic areas and shaded seating, children’s play areas, fitness zones, and various sports courts for paddle, basketball, volleyball, and badminton. New parks will also include jogging tracks and Multi-Use Game Areas (MUGA). Additionally, enhanced accessibility and facilities will also be provided for People of Determination. “We are proud to announce the completion of these public hubs, which are thoughtfully designed to encourage healthier, more active lifestyles and serve as communal areas for fitness, leisure, and connection in both Mohamed Bin Zayed City and Abu Dhabi as a whole," said Hamada Al Hashemi, Director of the Urban Design Division at DMT.
