Police issued the warning after a five-year-old child was injured after falling out of a moving vehicle in Dubai. Major General Saif Muhair Al Mazrouei, Director of the General Department of Traffic at Dubai Police, urged drivers and parents to ensure children are buckled into age-appropriate safety seats and their belts are fastened. Additionally, ensure children are never left unattended in vehicles, particularly in the back seats. “Monitoring windows is vital to prevent children from opening or leaning out," Saif Muhair Al Mazrouei added.

The police said that the five-year-old child fell from a moving vehicle due to a lack of proper safety precautions. As per initial investigations, the child was in the vehicle with his mother when he unexpectedly opened one of the doors, causing him to fall onto the main road and sustain injuries.
