Mobily To Invest $905M In Data Centers, Subsea Cables And Fiber Connectivity: CEO

Etihad Etisalat Co. (Mobily) will invest more than $905 million in data centers, subsea cables, and fiber connectivity between countries, said CEO Salman Al Badran.

Speaking at the LEAP 25 conference on Monday, Al Badran added that the company will use data centers with a capacity of 39 megawatts. He added that 13 megawatts have already been completed and will enter commercial production by the end of the first quarter of 2025, while the remaining 26 megawatts are set for completion next year.
