The ICC has announced Lord's cricket ground as the venue for the final of the 2026 Women’s T20 World Cup. The title clash of the 12-team tournament will be held on July 5. Spanning 24 days from its start on June 12th, the ICC Women’s T20 World Cup 2026 will feature 33 matches leading up to the grand finale.

Apart from Lord's, matches will also be played at Hampshire Bowl, Edgbaston, Headingley, Old Trafford Cricket Ground, The Oval and Bristol County Ground. Hosts England, along with Australia, India, New Zealand, Pakistan, South Africa, Sri Lanka, and the West Indies, are the eight teams that have already qualified for the event. The remaining four spots will be filled through next year's qualifier. Teams will be divided into two six-team groups for the initial stage before moving to the knockouts.

"The sell-out Women’s Cricket World Cup final at Lord’s in 2017 remains a landmark in the rise of the women’s game, and I cannot think of a more fitting stage for the final," said International Cricket Council chairman Jay Shah in a statement. Following their victory in the 10-team tournament in the UAE last October, New Zealand will be the defending champions in the upcoming year.
