Indian Cultural Centre Hosts Grand Community Reception At Doha

Doha:Indian Cultural Centre, under the aegis of the Embassy of India, organised a Community Reception in honour of renowned Indian playback singers and cine artist — Mr. Madhu Balakrishnan, Ms. Sumi Aravind, Mr. Sudeep Kumar, Ms. Chitra Arun, Mr. K K Nishad, Mr. Ravisankar, Ms. Vrinda Menon, and Mr. Jayaraj Warrier - on Friday, 13th June 2025 at ICC Ashoka Hall.

ICC General Secretary Mr. Abraham K. Joseph welcomed the guests and dignitaries. ICC President Mr. A.P. Manikantan delivered the presidential address. During the reception ICC also honoured Mr. Chnadramohan Pillai, Chairman Chandrakala Arts. Mr. Madhu Balakrishnan and Mr. Jayaraj Warrier addressed the gathering, expressing their heartfelt gratitude and appreciation for the warm reception.

The event concluded with a vote of thanks by Ms. Nandini Abbagouni, ICC Head of Cultural Activities. The event was seamlessly hosted by Ms. Manju Manoj. ICC Advisory Council Chairman Mr. P N Baburajan, ICC Managing Committee members, presidents of other associated organizations, and senior community leaders were present on the occasion.
