Dubai RTA Unveils New Version Its App

Dubai’s Roads and Transport Authority (RTA) has launched the upgraded version of its RTA App. RTA said that the latest version is designed to deliver users unparalleled ease of use and streamlined access to all RTA services. The updated version comes with a personalised dashboard and several other features. 

The personalised dashboard in the latest version gives users quick access to essential services, such as renewal of vehicle licenses, driving licenses, and purchasing parking tickets. The app also features multiple enhancements. This includes SALIK online payments, voucher top-up, and NOL top-up via tapping directly on the app. In its statement, RTA emphasized that the new version is intended to streamline parking services, which are combined into a single screen for convenient and easy navigation.

The upgraded version of the RTA App is available on both Android and iOS platforms. Meera Al Shaikh, Director of Smart Services at RTA, said that the upgrade reflects RTA's dedication to meeting customer needs and the ongoing efforts to deliver convenient and efficient transportation solutions. "Through the upgraded RTA Application, we are revolutionizing the way our customers interact with our services," added Meera Al Shaikh.
