FAS Inter-School Football Tournament: Pioneer School Emerges Champion

Salalah: In the Inter-School Football Tournament organized by FAS Academy, Salalah, International Pioneer School emerged as the champions by defeating Pak School by one goal. Al Diya School secured the third position. The tournament, which was held over the past one month, witnessed the participation of twelve teams from community schools, private schools, and academies in Salalah. Hammad was adjudged the Best Player of the tournament, Musallam Amri was named the Best Goalkeeper, and Abdu Raheem emerged as the Top Scorer. The closing ceremony, held at the Pak School ground, was inaugurated by Ali Al Bakhi, Director of Dhofar Youth and Sports, as the chief guest. The function was presided over by FAS Chairman Jamshad Ali. Consular Agent Dr. K. Sanathanan, Adil, Sahal, Neena Jamshad, Hashim, and Shajahan distributed the prizes. Zubair, Naban, Fawaz, Devika, Divya, Shabbir Kader, Shameer, Rahul, and Nishad led and coordinated the tournament.
