നേടാനായത് ഒരൊറ്റ ഗോള്. അതും പെനല്റ്റിയിലൂടെ. കഴിഞ്ഞ സീസണില് ടോപ് സ്കോററായ സലാഹ് ഇക്കുറിയും രണ്ടാം സ്ഥനത്തുണ്ടെങ്കിലും 17 ഗോളുകളെ കണ്ടെത്തിയിട്ടുളളൂ. 18 ഗോളുമായി മാഞ്ചസ്റ്റര് സിറ്റിയുടെ സെര്ജി അഗ്യൂറോയാണ് ഒന്നാം സ്ഥാനത്ത്. ഔബാമയങ് 16 ഗോളുമായി മൂന്നാം സ്ഥാനത്തുണ്ട്. അത്രയും ഗോളുമായി ഹാരി കെയിനും തൊട്ടടുത്ത്. എന്നിരുന്നാലും സലാഹിന്റെ ഫോമില് കോച്ച് ക്ലോപ്പിന് പരിഭ്രാന്തിയൊന്നുമില്ല.

Salah is important to the team but he can be frustrating at times with his link up to his team mates & finishing. You don't necessarily have to be a goal scorer always, a play maker is as important as the goal scorer. #LFC

Salah either needs to get his head together or be dropped.. this is painful but the title race isn't over and maybe chasing will be good for us at this point cuz the pressure of being on top hasn't gone down well with us #YoullNeverWalkAlone #LFC
